2. Delivery Process & Charges

Important Notice: We do not calculate delivery charges automatically at the
time of checkout. To ensure accuracy, our shipping process works as follows:
Selection: During checkout, please select the "Shipping to be Arranged"
option.
Calculation: After your order is placed, a Tile Sevo representative will
contact you via phone or WhatsApp to discuss your order weight and
delivery location.
Finalization: Delivery charges will be finalized based on the total weight
of your tiles and the specific distance to your delivery address.
Payment: Once the delivery fee is agreed upon, you will be required to
prepay these charges before the order is dispatched.

3. Accuracy & Transit

Address Verification: Please ensure your contact details are accurate so our
team can reach you promptly to arrange your delivery.
Transit Liability: While we take extreme care in packaging your tiles, Tile
Sevo is not responsible for damages that may occur once the
goods have reached the customer.
